ROLE: How you contribute to RYAM

• Work within a team to perform maintenance on mill piping system.
• Fabricate, install and repair various types of piping systems, provide analysis and evaluate breakdowns and major repairs.
• Provide support to production teams. You need to be safety-conscious, energetic, and able to understand your role in our team.

REQUIREMENTS: What you bring to our workplace

• Education: Successful completion of 2 years pipefitter course OR successful completion of a 1-year course and 1 year of experience in the field OR a hold a recognized license in the field
• Certification: Hold a recognized license in the field
• Experience: Experience is an asset
• Language: Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)

CONDITIONS: Compensation and hours

• Wages: $38.35 - $47.36 per hour (determined by the Collective Agreement)
• Hours: 40 per week.
• Shift work: Days and Evenings and weekends

• RYAM’s Canadian flagship, Temiscaming site has 700 employees in production facilities for specialty cellulose, Paperboard, high-yield pulp, coated bleached board and chemicals.
• The town of Temiscaming has a population of 2,500 and the comprehensive shopping and services of two larger communities, North Bay, Ontario, and Ville Marie, Québec, are less than an hour’s drive away.
