This role will report directly to the Director of Business Development. This position is an in office role.

Job Duties:

-           Preferred Supplier Management

-           Procurement and Logistics

-           Coordination with Suppliers and Logistics

-           Coordination with Internal Team Members

-           Bill of Materials (BoM) Buildout

-           Administrative Tasks

-           Excel Spreadsheet Management & Updating

-           Monthly Report

-           Researching

-           Data Management

Qualifications & Experience

-           Fluent in English and French (written & oral)

-           Familiar with Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet

-           Familiar with Microsoft Word

-           Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Skillsets

-           Experience with Procurement & Supply Chains

-           Technical / Technology Background is Preferred

Qualifications: The successful candidate is university or college student. The candidate must be bilingual.
